We are so excited to host this community driven event and we want you to join in on the fun.

Become a vendor and help bring our vision to life. We would like to extend the opportunity to likeminded individuals, artist, artisans, associations, businesses and shops who offer fibre related products to apply as vendors.

Wish to support us further? Sponsorship opportunities are available from as little as $10.

We also greatly appreciate sponsorship in the form of time. Volunteers are needed for before and during the event.

We strive to bring together community and ask that sponsors do so too.

The power of connection lies in its ability to foster understanding, empathy, collaboration, and support among individuals. It can create meaningful relationships, drive positive change (and sales), and enhance personal and professional growth. Ultimately, connection is at the core of human experience, enabling us to feel seen, heard, and valued. It is this connection we wish to foster and we for-see it forge ongoing abundance for you after the event.

Tables

Each participant who wishes to join as a vendor or community group will have a 6' table. This event is not about the big fancy displays but rather about you. We want to get to know the people, the art and not just the product. Our attendee's value you and hearing your stories just as much as seeing and purchasing your beautiful merchandise.

Equality Matters

We believe everyone deserves a seat at the table (or in this case, a table at the event) regardless of their business success. This is another reason each vendor will be allotted one table.

It is our vision that levelling the playing field when it comes to space will allow more eyes on all.

With a mutual success model new opportunities and collaborations are born within the industry for everyones benefit.

Keeping Costs Low

Though our ideas are grand, we intend to keep your costs as low as possible. We are actively seeking opportunities to help minimize costs to vendors, allowing you to focus on building and supporting community in a low barrier, low pressure atmosphere.

Sponsorships will allow us to offer subsidized and free tables to marginalized groups as well as community groups.

-Attend the event and spread the word

- Rent a table and share your cool fibre related goods with us. With lower than average table costs you can reduce your stress of hitting sales goals.

- Sponsor a table for a not for profit, community group, or underrepresented individuals. This allows everyone to have a chance to showcase themselves

-Sponsor an artist/live demo table

-Contribute to our VIP gift bags in the form of merchandise or discounts

-Sponsor an area or activity within the event

-Sponsor admission tickets so everyone who wants to attend can

-Volunteer your time before or at the event

Ready to participate? Please fill out the interest form/s below and we will get back to you within 2-3 business days. Once the floor plan is finalized tables will be offered on a first come first served basis based on application acceptance. Community groups and those seeking partial or full sponsorship for a table, please fill out the vendor form.
